Emotions Related to Loss. They reflect the sense of loss associated with leaving a job, colleagues, and a familiar environment.

Reactive Emotions. They are direct responses to the perceived injustice or handling of the layoff situation.
Some will try to convince you that these will go away over time. Some never do, and that’s OK. You CAN manage them, and part of that is letting yourself feel them, and that gives you control! π€
